Public Perceptions concerning Responsibility for Climate Change Adaptation

For successful climate change adaptation, the distribution of responsibility within society is an important question. While literature highlights need for involving both public and private actors, little still known how citizens perceive their own others’ responsibility, let alone moral groundings such perceptions.
